Manual Code Refactoring, Bug Fixing, and Security Hardening of a PHP/Twig SMM Panel Script

I have a complete PHP-based SMM Panel script that uses Twig for templating, PDO for database connections, and PHPMailer. However, the script has a lot of internal coding flaws, broken/half-written logic, duplicate conditions, and bad structure due to multiple previous edits.
I want a senior, highly disciplined PHP developer to manually audit every single file of this script and completely clean, refactor, and perfect it.
? MANDATORY TERMS & CONDITIONS (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING):
100% Manual File-by-Line Audit: You must open every single file manually, fix all formatting lines, and repair broken or incomplete blocks of code (such as half-written loops or cut-off Twig variables).
Zero Incomplete Code / Strict Rejection: If I find any file containing half-written code, unclosed tags, syntax errors, or leftover garbage code, the project will be marked as Incomplete/Failed. No payment will be released until every line is 100% complete and operational.
Hidden Backdoor & Shell Scanning: You must thoroughly scan and verify that there are no hidden shells, obfuscated codes (eval, base64_decode), or unauthorized external callbacks/links that send panel data outside.
Security & Type Hardening: Fix all coding vulnerabilities like SQL Injection (SQLi) risks and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). Upgrade all weak type comparisons (==) to strict ones (===) in core authentication and 2FA files.
Session & Frontend Path Optimization: Fix infinite email/Telegram loops (e.g., 2FA generating codes on every page refresh). Ensure all asset paths are dynamic and don't break on deep URLs.
