Manage a Bootstrap Website

I have a site that needs to be fixed. I was told it was a bootstrap platform and Bluehost cannot do anything with it. I am hosting it but need the site updated/changed/fixed. I will end up having weekly updates to the website with success stories that I can learn how to edit, but currently have a deadline of having the website corrected and fixed by January 7th 2022.
