I am looking to have a tenant reporting website built. Here are the main things I want-
I want landlords first to be able to create an account on the website.
Once the landlord is able to create an account. I would like the landlord to be able to search a potential tenant by name on our website and see if there name comes up.
I would also like the landlord to be able to add a tenant to this search engine and add a report about the tenant to the website.
I would like landlords only to be able to create an account after they have subscribed to the website. I would like a higher subscription for landlords to be able to add and report tenants to the website.
Base Subscription - View / Search potential tenants
Premium Subscription - View / Search potential tenants + Add / Report tenants to the website for other landlords to view.
The website will original have no data but as we get landlords to subscribe and create accounts the data will then start to grow
