Make our site mobile friendly

Hi,
We have had an actively updated website for a long time but we need a mobile friendly version of it for at least the most important 60 to 70 pages. Our site is nbmpub.com and is large, designed using Dreamweaver in tables. We need someone with experience in Adobe XD to adapt our present design to a mobile friendly version which can then be exported back to Dreamweaver for publishing on a regular basis.
