Make existing Outlook email signature responsive

I have an existing Outlook email signature template that needs to be optimized for responsive display across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). The current version displays inconsistently in the Outlook app and on smaller screens.

Your task:

Rebuild the existing HTML signature using tables and inline styles (no external CSS)

Ensure proper rendering in all major email clients (especially Outlook desktop, Outlook web, Outlook mobile)

Maintain visual consistency with the current design (fonts, colors, logos, layout)

Optimize for responsiveness without breaking compatibility

Ensure that the final HTML is fully compatible with Outlook and can be easily pasted into the Outlook signature editor without losing structure or styles

Make the content structure adaptable, so that names, roles, contact info, and logos can be easily adjusted for other team members

Template will be delivered, that needs to be adjusted

Requirements:

Solid experience with responsive HTML email development

Familiarity with Outlook rendering quirks

Clean and well-structured HTML code

Delivery as soon as possible


Deliverables:

Responsive signature file (copy & paste ready to be inserted into Outlook)

Instructions for importing into Outlook (optional but preferred)
