Make changes to existing Theme based on XD file

Looking for a good frontend developer to make changes to a website that has nearly all the changes completed except some fixes and animations to be made based on a XD file that will be provided as well. This is an urgent project that needs to be completed in 24 hours of awarding, so please only bid if you think you are very comfortable working on a tight timeline
