Make a Store for my Cooking Recipes website

I have a Cooking Recipes website, anyone cane make a user to be a member on website, and then he have a page this page content dashboard ( my account, my recipes and logout ) .
I want to add my store in dashboard
this my store contain full system to process operations:

for the seller:
Add home food for sale (description + photos + video + specifying the quantity that can be provided per order (number of people))
determining prices.
Choose a payment method. (Paypal + Credit Card + Cash on Delivery)
Delivery method. (Send to the customer’s site + receive from the seller’s site) Add the delivery value to the buyer’s site.

For the buyer:
Choose the right meal.
Add other food options in notes (salt + hot pepper + sugar, etc.)
Determine the required quantity (number of people).
Choose your payment method
Choice of delivery method.
Seller Rating

Work is done on the same design on the site.
