Mailpoet newsletter

My company is looking for a freelancer who can create a custom newsletter using the Mailpoet plugin for our website. The purpose of the newsletter is to promote a product or service and will require design and visuals. We are not sure yet if the newsletter will be sent daily, weekly or monthly. We require a freelancer who is experienced in designing these types of newsletters and is proficient in Mailpoet. The freelancer needs to be able to produce quality results in a timely manner.
