AI MEDICAL TOOL (97%+ accuracy) + Website creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Title:
Build a Simulated Medical AI Tool + Website for Stroke Risk Detection – Neuroscience Student Startup
⸻
Overview:
I’m the founder of Nurovia, a student-led neuroscience and public health startup focused on early stroke detection and neurodiagnostic access. Under mentorship from a senior Flatiron Health neurologist, I’ve developed the logic behind a clinical tool that simulates stroke risk assessment using user inputs.
I’m looking for a freelancer to:
1. Build the front-facing simulation of the AI medical tool
2. Create and host a clean, responsive website that looks professional enough to pitch to institutions like NYC Health + Hospitals
⸻
What You’ll Build:
Simulated AI Medical Tool:
• Frontend interface where users input:
• Stroke symptoms (e.g., face drooping, arm weakness, speech slurring)
• Optional demographic info (age, gender, history, etc.)
• Logic engine that calculates a “risk score” based on my framework (I’ll provide the logic or sample pseudocode)
• Tool should mimic AI output, with visual indicators (e.g., “High Risk: Immediate Action Recommended”)
• No real ML backend required — just simulate AI behavior
⸻
About the Medical AI Tool:
The medical tool should simulate a stroke risk detection system that analyzes symptom input such as facial asymmetry, limb weakness, speech slurring, and age-related factors to output a stroke probability score. It should be built using a lightweight frontend framework like React or Vue, with optional logic handled via JavaScript or TypeScript (no backend required). The tool should simulate 98%+ diagnostic accuracy based on pre-coded scoring rules provided by the founder, mimicking AI-level clinical precision without actual machine learning. It must be fully responsive and accessible worldwide through a browser on mobile or desktop, with support for English by default and basic infrastructure to allow future multilingual support. The tool should be intuitive enough for public users while clean and professional enough for doctors and medical professionals to use for educational or demonstration purposes. It should include Google Analytics or a similar embedded tracker to log global usage, and be hosted via GitHub Pages or Netlify for zero-cost deployment. Optional features include exporting a PDF summary of results and embedding prewritten health disclaimers to simulate clinical realism.
⸻
Website:
• Full landing page explaining Nurovia’s mission
• Embedded medical tool or standalone page for it
• Optional pages:
• “About the Founder” (bio)
• “Clinical Mentorship” (acknowledge the neurologist)
• “Impact Metrics” (I’ll handle traffic boosts, just need placeholders)
• Mobile optimized and designed in a clinical, credible style
• Can be hosted via GitHub Pages, Netlify, or another free platform
⸻
Key Deliverables:
• Fully functional frontend demo of stroke detection tool
• Responsive, clean website with hosted project
• Page visit tracker (Google Analytics, or open-source script)
• Optional: short demo video or GIF showing tool in use
⸻
Extra Context (for alignment):
• The tool will be used for college applications, so visual polish matters
• It’s mentored by a biotech neurologist from Flatiron Health (NYC)
• It will also be pitched to a real public health board (NYC Health + Hospitals)
