Low text to HTML ratio

I am seeking someone to help on my website has 300+ text to html ratio issues. i added more text content to my pages but it barely helped. I think it could be white spaces in my pages. Is there a way to find out if the white spaces are affecting the text to html issues?

Need to figured out any effective solutions to the html to text ratio issues.
