Lost & Found Web App

I'm need to create a lost and found search engine for schools via a web app. This evokes those classic bulletin boards filled with jackets, water bottles, and forgotten lunch boxes waiting to be claimed. Draw inspiration from efficient inventory management systems but make it user-friendly for both school administrators and parents/students.

School Admins should be able to:
-login to backend admin console
-easily add products from phone or desktop (must)
-take or upload photos (must)
-add product title, (must)
-description, (must)
-brand, (must)
-color, (must)
-tags (at least one)
-name of student (if written on item) (optional)
-place where it was originally found (optional)
-activate item
-deactivate item when found/claimed

Parents should be able to:
-search items
-filter by attribute
-claim product


A clean, intuitive interface
Core functionality for schools to post items and users to search them
Responsive design that works well on mobile (for parents checking on the go)

Features to implement:
School admin panel for uploading lost items with photos and details
Search functionality with filtering by category, date, and school
Item detail pages with contact information
Simple and secure authentication for schools

Visual design:
Clean, modern interface with card-based item displays
Simple icons and visual cues to indicate item status

I have done a simple front, but need to make everything working on the back as well
