Looking for a Web Application Developer for a Client

Hi freelancers, I have a client who is looking to have a web application developed to for a vacation home rental business. The functionalities will mirror those of VRBO, AirBnB or Vacasa.com, but scaled down to just one specific location. I will provide guidance on the design and content for the website, so I'll just need someone to create the functionalities that they need for a smooth user experience.
