Looking to build a one page Wordpress site for HeavyTrade with new Logo

We want a website pretty similar to this: http://uk-heavytrade2.dev1.wmcco.uk and https://fandjexports.com but we want to compress it into one webpage where our clients can also see a few items that we have in stock - attached is link to our previous website and we want something similar created on Wordpress - we would like it to be only one page in terms of whole webpage link but users can scroll down and view a few sub pages ideally we want sub pages that introduces us as a company a page where we can upload a stock list regularly ideally through woocoomerce and a section that our clients can download our excel spreadsheet stock list - if we could also upload images and prices of 3to 5 engines it would be perfect a page where clients can send enquires finally our contact details at the bottom regarding the logo we want to have it revised to include a cartoon or drawing version of the image attached - we also want HeavyTrade about the image of the generator and logo colour scheme should be white and blue
