Location tracking / monitoring website

Hi Team,

I'm looking to create a website / database that can store and display users last known location and previously known locations graphically on a map utilizing a existing product like map box.
The idea behind this product is to track the location of a vehicle when completing trips in remote locations.

Location data will be pulled from a API managed by Swarm, and will include the following variables (Date and time, Longitude, Latitude, Speed (km/h), Course (degrees), Altitude (m), Solar voltage (V), Solar current (A),Battery voltage (V),Battery current (A),RSSI value (dBm),Modem current (A) )

Ideally i would like the following features

- Ability to create individual logins for users.
- Ability to create groups to track multiple users on one map.
- Ability to create Guest accounts for sharing location with friends / family.
- Display of the data listed above when clicking on the recorded location.
- Database with historical information.
- Ability to not display location when in certain geofenced areas (Such a suburb / city the user lives in)
