Loan lead capture

Loan leads are generated by merchant partners of the company. Each lead comprises basic information about the customer who is interested in a loan along with documents - pdfs & images. These are uploaded by the merchant using a front end interface and received & stored in a back end database from where it can be downloaded for further processing.
Merchant can access the lead upload interface through unique user id and password and each lead created by the merchant is given a unique case number. The merchant should be able to upload further documents and information for any lead from time to time.
At the backend the team should be able to download the information and documents for processing. The team should be able to update the result of the processing or requests for more information and documents against each case which the merchant can read.
Requirement for a subscription based standard loan lead web system that can be configured to meet the company requirement. Basic subscription plan can be used for this purpose
