I’m launching a solo life-coaching practice and need a professional, clean website that feels trustworthy yet welcoming. The goal is to give potential clients an easy path from first impression to paid session while keeping my back-office bookkeeping simple.

• Secure online intake form that feeds directly into my client database
• Self-service appointment calendar with automatic time-zone handling and email/text reminders
• Up-front invoicing and online payment (credit card and PayPal preferred)
• Revenue and invoice records I can export for my accountant (CSV or direct integration with Xero/QuickBooks are both fine)
• WCAG-compliant accessibility on every page
I’m platform-agnostic—WordPress with a solid booking plugin, Webflow + Calendly, or another proven stack are all acceptable as long as they deliver the above smoothly and are easy for me to update after hand-off. Mobile responsiveness, SSL, and basic on-page SEO setup are assumed.

3. An estimated timeline broken into design, build, testing, and launch.
I am a professional writer and will provide copy and some branding via storytelling. I can also provide quality images.
Once delivered, I’ll need a short walkthrough (recorded or live) so I can manage content and bookings myself.
