Legacy Klaviyo Form
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Hello,
I wish to make a Legacy Klaviyo form, NOT an EMBEDDED Klaviyo form. I have made a skeleton form and this form works for the email field, but I also want to create custom fields for the following:
1. Email
2. First Name*
3. Last Name*
4. Phone Number*
I want to map these fields into Klaviyo. I was able to successfully create a klaviyo form, but the additional fiedls were not being sent to Klaviyo.
I have a Shopify store, I can send over the current form code, and you can fix it and send it back to me if that’s okay.
Experience with legacy forms is very important.
