Leads Filtering Based on Answers & IP Spam Filtering

Hello guys my project is very simple we need to filter leads based on the answers they sumbit in the form (Unbounce) to qualify to register if not.
we have a few questions and if someone answer a question we need to take him to a sorry page and if someone matches our customer qualification we take him to the thank you page that his details has been successfully registered.
1) a notification if someone entered his phone number less than 9 digits or more than 10 digits.
2) taking the un qualified leads to a sorry page
3) taking qualified leads to a thank you page and the lead gets entered to the system successfully if it matches our qualifactions
