Lead front end Lead

We are looking for a young colleague with an entrepreneurial mindset (preferably experience

with a startup, overall about 3 to 6 years of experience in building frontend applications,

to help us build scalable, react-driven applications.


Responsibilities:


Actively involved in technology development, code reviews and architecture and design discussions
Managing a team of 3 to 6 React engineers towards product development
Managing technology documentation
Working with Product Managers to plan sprints, with Product Designers for managing UI/UX, and with the Backend team for designing APIs

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience on front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/BootStrap/Angular/React/IONIC/JS
Hands-on experience in developing and testing REST API based products
Ability to coordinate across different products, engineering tasks, and implementing the modules along with scalability, security, extensibility in mind
Keen eye for design and user experience
Understanding agile development, CI/CD, sprints, code reviews
