Lead-Gen Business Website Build

I need a clean, responsive website built in pure HTML5 and CSS3, spanning roughly 12–15 pages for my company’s online presence. The core purpose is to capture leads, so every page should nudge visitors toward a prominent, easy-to-use contact form.

Look & feel
The design should be modern, lightweight, and fast-loading, with consistent styling throughout. I have a reference website for design; your build should adapt to those assets while keeping code neat and well-commented for future maintenance.

Deliverables
• 12–15 standalone HTML pages, each linked into a clear navigation menu
• One external, organized CSS file (plus any minified version you prefer)
• Responsive layout tested on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers

Acceptance criteria
