Laravel PHP Developer Needed To Modify A Solution

We are looking for a PHP Laravel expert to modify a service we use in our company.
To explain the solution we have:
-It works like a ticketing service
-Multi level of approval
-Customer side is working fully

What we need:
-Be able to create "intern ticket" by employees
-Help us to redefine roles and permissions (we know what we need but we need you to understand what we have and explain how it works clearly)
-Make testing on all the roles and the workflow to be sure that people that don't need to see the ticket won't see it for example
-Modify and create new fields with conditions
-Assign a ticket category to a specific employee of a specific service

After modifications we'll need future additions that we need to see together if your skill fits what we need
We also need you to do monthly work/maintenance/support on it so we are looking for a long term partnership
