Laravel Inventory & Dealer System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am building a unified web platform in Laravel that will let my team control product inventory and manage our dealer network from the same dashboard.
Inventory module
– Track real-time stock levels across multiple warehouses.
– Process and update orders end-to-end, adjusting quantities automatically.
– Generate inventory forecasts so we can see when to reorder before we run short.
Dealer module
– Allow new dealers to register and upload required documents for approval.
– Record sales and other KPIs so we can view each dealer’s performance at a glance.
– Calculate commissions automatically and export the results for payout.
Integration
The system must connect to our chosen shipping services API so that fulfilled orders automatically book a shipment and return tracking data to the order record.
Tech notes & deliverables
• Clean, well-commented Laravel 10+ codebase with service-layer architecture.
• MySQL (or MariaDB) schema covering products, stock movements, orders, dealers, performance logs and commission rules.
• RESTful endpoints plus Blade (or Vue/React if you prefer) admin screens reflecting the features above.
• Seed data and step-by-step setup instructions so I can run the project locally.
• Final delivery via Git; each major feature in its own branch or milestone so I can review and merge.
Once the core functions are working smoothly I may extend the project to include payment gateways and third-party marketplaces, so writing modular, easily maintainable code is important.
