Laravel Admin Panel + Frontend Website Integration using Bootstrap Templates

I am seeking a Laravel developer to build a fully functional admin panel and integrate it with a Bootstrap-based frontend. The backend admin panel should be developed using Laravel and the Yoda Html Admin

Home Page (requires modification — see notes below)
About Us (simple dynamic page)
Project List (dynamic from admin)
Project Details (dynamic from admin)
Events List (dynamic from admin)
Events Details (dynamic from admin)
Blog List (dynamic from admin)
Blog Details (dynamic from admin)
Contact Us (simple dynamic page)

Customisation Notes:
Modify the Home Page to:
Remove sidebar widgets and unnecessary sections.
Replace the current homepage banner with the layout/design used on Home Page 2 of the same template.
Only Home, About, Contact are simple dynamic pages.

Projects, Events, Blogs must be fully dynamic (list, detail, image upload, categorisation, publish/unpublish, etc.) via the admin panel.

Admin Panel Requirements:

Built in Laravel using the Yoda React Admin Template
Must allow admin to:
Create, edit, delete, and publish/unpublish blog posts, projects, and events.
Manage homepage content (e.g., banner text and images).
Manage contact form submissions.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Laravel and PHP
Skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience integrating and customising Bootstrap HTML templates
Familiarity with the Yoda or similar admin templates
Able to follow clear design specifications and attention to detail
