Landing Page frontend coding without libraries

We prepared a landing page with a bootstrap template. With all the optimizations and using CDN, we were able to bring the mobile performance score of this landing page up to 70% in Google Page Speed. We want to code the same landing page with a clean code without using any libraries and increase the Page Speed ​​mobile performance score above 90%.
