KYC Wizard - HTML Bootstrap
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to create a KYC wizard , in which a customer will enter their personal details and then be prompted to have a photo taken of themselves and then upload an image of either there passport, ID Card or Drivers license.
on submitting the the information and images the customer/user will be prompted with a success message.
this wizard should be a three step process , initially the first page will let the customer know that they are about to start their KYC process and that they should have there ID documentations ready and be prepared to have a photo taken of themselves.
the next step the customer/user will have to complete a form , firstname, lastname, gender, age, physical address and then the photo should be taken of the customer/user and they should also be able to upload the image of the passport/IDcard/Drivers license.
if the customer/user has a passport only one image to be uploaded, if an ID card or Drivers license then the front and back image of the card to be uploaded.
descriptive images should be available to the user so they can understand what needs to be done. you will need to source or create these images .
this wizard needs to be a fully functional stand alone system with a PHP script to to accept the uploaded images.
the system must work on both mobile and web browser and must be able to use the mobile camera and a webcam .
