Joomla to Wordpress Site Transfer

I'm looking for an experienced web developer who can assist me in transferring my website www.ada-compliance.com from Joomla to WordPress.
Key Features:
- I'd like all the existing features and functionality of the Joomla site to be replicated in WordPress.
- The existing features include a contact form with captcha, an integrated blog, and social media integration. I expect these to be fully integrated into the new WordPress design.
