We are an e-commerce business with an Amazon seller store, looking to set up a smart review funnel similar to ReviewScanGo. The goal is to collect Amazon reviews from customers who purchase our products by guiding them through a custom feedback process on our Shopify domain. Additionally, we want to offer subscription plans for other Amazon sellers (vendors), allowing them to access and manage their review data through a dedicated dashboard.
Project Requirements:
Custom Feedback Form:
Design and implement a feedback form on Shopify with fields for:
Name (Optional)
Order ID (Required)
Email Address (Required)
Product Rating (1-5 stars)
Feedback/Comments (Text area)
The form should have conditional logic:
For 4-5 star ratings: Redirect customers to the Amazon review page of the specific product.
For 1-3 star ratings: Display a "Thank you" message and collect feedback without redirection to Amazon.
Landing Page Creation:
Create a custom landing page on Shopify using a page builder app (e.g., PageFly, Shogun) to host the feedback form.
The landing page should be clean, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile.
The design should align with our current brand theme.
Amazon Deep Link Integration:
Implement deep links to direct users to the specific Amazon review pages for our products based on ASINs provided.
QR Code Integration:
Generate and set up a QR code that links directly to the feedback form on the Shopify landing page.
