Internal Job Estimating Tool For industrial Engineering Company Web App on no code platform

We are seeking a developer to build an internal web app for our government-contracting industrial engineering company. The app must be built on a no-code platform such as bubble and must be able to integrate with airtable.
We have an excel workbook that contains all of the formulas and data fields that we will need you to create for the app. We will also need the ability to template job estimating scenarios so that we can apply them to future jobs.

In addition to the workbook functionality, we need a simple dashboard that is dynamic based on the permission level of the employee. We will have a Creator level, Owner Level, Manager Level, Admin Level, Engineer Level, General Level, Accounting Level, Field Tech Level, and HR level. We need the ability to customize permissions for each level and specific users.
This will be the base delivery of the app, but there is a high possibility of continued revisions. If you have to experience building internal web apps for companies like ours and have the skills to build an app on a no-code platform, we would love to hear from you.
