Interlinear Bible Creation with Interactive Greek Blocks

I need a freelancer to create an Interlinear Bible from the Textus Receptus (TR) using the source data from Blue Letter Bible. The project encompasses both the Old and New Testaments, and the target language for alignment with the Greek blocks is English. Maybe private access to enter data for the blocks; if unable to scrap.
A second section where blocks can be arranged to match whatever target language to assist in Bible translation. Coloring should be possible to group words to the corresponding Greek. Also adding several rows for multiple similar languages.
Lastly several saving options. But most importantly to save as as Notepad documents with only text.
