Integrate a Create a business process using react in Laravel

Task
Create a ‘Register business’ process. Similar to the one of Amazon ‘create a business’ https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/ then click sign up.
Implement the following screenshots
Once the user has successfully entered all the information, he then click submit and a success page appears simply showing a <p> tag written success.
The information within the form doesn't have to be written in a database. The task is really about the frontend integration of it. The key points are
1. Integrate the forms
2. Use tailwind and tailwind components.
3. Additional styles should be written with SASS.
4. Should be done with a Laravel 11.x using breeze with React
