Install Joomla template and basic graphics

I am looking for a freelancer who can install a Joomla template and manage/create basic graphics for my website.

Preferred Joomla template: Template A (No idea what that is as there was no description)

Graphics:

- Combination of both existing graphics and graphics to be created
- Key element: Company Logo placeholder + little touchup

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficient in Joomla and experienced in template installation
- good graphic design skills, including logo design
- Ability to incorporate custom designs into the graphics
