Improve Shopping cart on Shopify store

We would like to make some improvements to the shopping cart on the e-comerce store www.moreismore.dk.
The shop is run on Shopify and with the "Craft" theme.
We wish a project price for the tasks described in the attached file:
- Change cart type to slide in or popup
- Adding of free delivery calculator
- Cleanup of various information
- Adding "add gift wrapping" function on each product in cart
- Add recommended products (upselling)
