Improve HTML email display on different email clients

I have a simple HTML + CSS code that is used for emails that my product sends using a tool called Sendgrid.
I'm looking for someone who is very experienced with getting emails to render properly on different email clients (including different versions of Microsoft Outlook, online and desktop clients). This person would review my email template and make changes to 1) make it look better in other browsers and 2) generally clean the code up.
