Implement web app redesign (vanilla typescript and CSS only)

Our company currently maintains a web app at the following addresses:

As you can see, these sites use the same codebase and simply change the background and color schemes according to the URL.
The web app allows graduates to view their graduation photos. On it, they can request photo treatment, which is done by the company (the company receives an e-mail requesting photo treatment, downloads the photo and then uploads it using another interface that you won't have to deal with).
You can use the following CPFs to access the app and see the states it supports:

22122600010001 - this CPF can request photo treatment. I suggest requesting treatment for a photo to see the screens involved. If other freelancers have already requested treatment for all photos, please request another CPF that we will provide for you.

The codebase that generates this web app is all written in Typescript, and no React or other framework is used. We use webcomponents.

To run it, use webpack.
What we need you to do is:
- Implement the new design in the app using ONLY vanilla CSS.
- Remove all references to bootstrap, bower, and any other library.
- No external libraries will be allowed. All CSS must be generated by you.
- No changes to typescript will be allowed, only to CSS.
- In the components, there is CSS described within .ts documents, in these CSS blocks you can make changes.
