Image on a simple web page that is replaced every time a new email with an image attachment arrives in Gmail's inbox

I have a webcam. The pictures are sent as email to my gmail. Now I want each image to be uploaded on a web page without login. The attachment in gmail gets a copy on a simple web page in real time. Only one image at a time should be displayed on the web page. When a new image is uploaded, the image on the homepage is changed. The size of the image should cover almost the entire screen size. Only one image at a time and nothing to click on or read. The website must be free and does not need a domain name. Wants quick commitment.
