I'm looking to develop some bricks templates to run platform websites using WordPress.
I'll need one template to be a bulletin board news website in a grid layout where each container displays the headline, featured image, and a blurb from the latest post of participating contributors. Options for selling access to premium content, whether ala carte (per post charge) or a referral to the premium/VIP subscription packages of individual contributors.
Another template will be similar to the freelancer app in that it matches people who are hiring with those who are available to help get stuff done, starting with a website for domestic type of tasks performed by underemployed individuals (day laborers). The job provider (hiree) pays a nominal platform fee per completed task, which can be from as little as 30 minutes to as long as a day. The helper (hired) will have a 20% platform fee deducted from their total task fee for the first several tasks until they become fully invested co-op members; after which the fee will decline to the regular platform member fee.
The third type of template is a hybrid of a secure, moderated social network and a favorites list in grid container layout (with ability to utilize affiliate links, banner style ads or self promotion for those who create) called illuminate the great. For paid clicks (meaning when a member earns revenue via the platform) we take a commission for overhead expenses. For the encrypted social network, we incorporate a freemium/premium model. Money that is not needed by the co-op will be distributed back to members at regular periodic intervals. It's a cooperative influencer meritocracy where members can monetize (as well as protect) their data.
Would like to use profile grid ultimate (or peepso) WordPress plugin for the member registration, social network and groups.
Abilities with complex menus, apps, matching/scheduling, smart contracts are a plus
