Html header and footer prototype

We have an project in PHP and Dev team is working on that project. Client is asking as to create the header as per example of one website and footer menu as idea that we will share with you. We have a home page in the HTML and we will explain you with example links what should be created so that client can see a html example and later that dev team can implemented that to the website.
