Html Outlook signature block

My email signature block doesn't look well in Outlook mobile app. Social media icons are too huge. Can any expert who procient in both Outlook and html fix this? I have 2 versions of code for you to start with. It should be a very fast repair.

Please see Below pictures, we have to set title with both capital letter and lower letter, once i changed the html, it starts to look uncorrext in Outlook mobile app. But in desktop app, website Outlook, it looks ok.
