Hostel management system project

I need to create a hostel management system where there are different login pages for hosteller and warden which would lead to different dashboards and warden dashboard has facilities such as adding a student to a room with its details ... Adding rooms to a hostel ... And the hosteller dasboard has facilities such as application to change room which the warden can see, check pending fees and other details... I need the database to be mongodb, the website need to be very impressive ... It should just have some basic css and functionalties should be implemented
