The platform is inspired by leading global systems (e.g., Teramind, Factorial HR, Monday.com) and includes the following core modules:
Employee Monitoring: Activity tracking, screen recording, and data leak prevention.
Core HR Management: Employee records, leave management, documentation, and reporting.
Project Management: Kanban boards and task tracking.
AI Integration: Face recognition system for attendance tracking.
Technical Requirements (Tech Stack):
We are looking for experts proficient in the following modern stack:
Backend: Laravel (PHP).
Frontend: React.js or Vue.js.
Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
AI/ML: Python (for computer vision/face recognition systems).
Design: UI/UX expertise and support for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages (Arabic).
Workflow & Collaboration Methodology:
To achieve rapid execution, we will strictly follow these methodologies:
Hourly System: Time will be tracked precisely using platform tools (e.g., Upwork Tracker, ClickUp Time Tracking).
Parallel Collaboration (Swarming): Work will be divided into small, specialized teams (Backend, Frontend, AI) operating simultaneously.
AI Integration: We expect freelancers to actively use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, or Claude/ChatGPT to accelerate coding and automate repetitive tasks.
Coordination: Daily stand-up meetings are mandatory to ensure continuous synchronization and code review.
