Help with problems in GA4

We are hiring a professionals to help us fixing problem we met in GA4. We try to use utm-parameter url to track the page_view, add_to_cart, and other website event and conversion. But there is no data in the report section. We like you to examine whether we set up all things correctly and why there is no data.
