Help make a landing page in Hubspot responsive - HUBSPOT CERTIFIED EXPERT REQUIRED - URGENT

We have a Landing Page already designed and created in Hubspot and need to make it properly responsive/formatted for Mobile. This is the page https://community.h-way.com/en-us/waitlist and we need to make it look like the attached image. Coding to properly format the mobile version required. Have tried some alleged "Hubspot" experts but we end up with a Landing Page that looks great for Mobile but simple centered in the Desktop version. Please contact ASAP for more details.
