Help us maintain our PDF / Images Annotation

Hi All, We have a PDF annotation that someone in freelancer helped us to build approx. 3 (three) years ago. The main features is that it can annotate (rectangle, circle and etc) on the PDF / Images that is being uploaded. And the annotations will then be stored to the database. It worked well but we need to have lots of enhancements into it. Hence, we are looking into a mid to long term relationship with somebody that is good at this. 1. The technology used are jspdf and pdf-lib. Of course with other technologies ie jquery and etc. 2. You need to agree to sign the NDA then we will share the source codes for you to review. Then we will pass the list of enhancements
