Help fixing up some configurations on Hubspot

Hello,
I've installed Hubspot to the company I work for and I need some help with configurations that are not working properly, like:
- on my website the person completes a form and this form goes to Hubspot to the Contacts page (I've edit the contact view so all the info the person completes goes in there), but as I linked my email to Hubspot other information is going in there too, like the emails that I send out or when I use our account software XE it goes in there like a new customer (?)
-I've tried to creat a list from the form but it does not work
