HTML webpage for SIEMENS SL-1200

I have a very basic work. I have to update 5 machines with 1 S7-1200 each. I need to make a simple UserApp with web page to show machine status with auto refresh, with very basic informations like: - time, date, machine status (ok, stop, emergency), strokes (total and today), alarm code if emergency. Will provide projects in TIA 15.
Project is for 1 machine only.
If all goes smooth will assign also next ones.
