HTML email signature help

I am looking for help troubleshooting an HTML email signature I've designed for a client who runs Outlook. I already have a design in created, I just need assistance getting it set up properly and making sure it renders correctly across devices. Specifically, I need help with responsiveness between mobile and desktop and help with Outlook troubleshooting as I work on a Mac. If you can lend a hand with my project, I'd really appreciate it.
