Looking for the HTML developer, who has worked on Adobe InDesign tool and can convert some simple pages to HTML.
Important notes:
— I don't want Bootstrap or any other frameworks to be used
— The HTML should be responsive
I need someone who can write clean codes, and the code review will be done for each page. There are approx. 4-5 pages.
