HTML to WordPress Site Migration

I need an existing small HTML site, currently on a proprietary platform, duplicated in WordPress with a new host. The new site should maintain the same design and structure as the original.

Key requirements:
- No design updates or improvements currently needed.
- Important features to retain:
- Navigation menu structure
- Image gallery layout
- Contact form functionality
- All links and buttons
-Integrity of color of images very important

The site does not require any e-commerce functionality, and should include only one contact form.
