HTML Templates

I'm looking for a freelancer to help with the transactional emails for my company, which is an online platform for telemedicine practice. The job involves creating html email templates within a single page design. I need a designer experienced in HTML, since the job involves both creating a template design and applying it to all the 9 email templates I need to create. HTML references will be provided by giving the designer access to the website's github repository. Templated designs are fine for me, as long as they look impecable.
