HTML Template Creation

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an HTML template for our ticketing system. The purpose of this template is for auto responses. I have a rough idea of what I want the design to look like, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The main elements we want to include in the template are our logo and branding, contact information, and social media links. Additionally, we need the template to be an email wrapper and modify an existing template.
